Overview of the role / Responsibilities
Part of the Test Data Management System team and coordinate the data masking implementation effort for various applications to fulfill the Regulatory Audit Requirements. 
 
The key remit will be to:
  • Work as part of the Data Masking Remediation team to coordinate the efforts of data masking initiative between the implementation team and the client.  From initiating the kick off to final sign off.
  • Perform awareness training with applications owners and reviewing manager including the objectives of remediation, what is expected of them, the process they will go through and drive them to ensure timely delivery against their regulatory commitments
  • Ensure Application Owner signoff the remediation process with certifying the data masking has completed successfully.
  • Coordinate with a implementation engineer on a day to day basis and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, application owners, and Program Manager,
  • Ensure that all remediation are planned, capturing risks and issues, with strict attention to detail on KPI and reporting information.
  • Provide ad hoc support for management updates, governance, documentation presentations
 
Experience:
  • 5+ years experience working on large scale projects as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Technical Specialist in an Investment Banking and/or Retail Finance environment
  • Relationship Management - Can build and maintain effective relationships with IT Application Owners and other contacts to ensure that application access remediation is planned and executed efficiently.
  • Good Project Management experience is a must and PMP Certification is a plus.
 
Broad based Knowledge & Experience – A good understanding of the interworking of information technology from both an Infrastructure and application services perspective. 
PMP Certification is a plus. 
  • Project Management - Plans, directs and administers work effort in order to accomplish remediation objectives.
  • Experience in IT Security and Regulatory Projects
  • Demonstrate Adaptability and Flexibility – Demonstrate flexibility in work style/approach to achieve results. Maintain composure and professionalism during challenging situations.
  • Must be able to manage remediation globally across virtual teams with conflicting priorities
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines
